<p>I recently found an article which outlined 6 good dieting tips to help control and manage polycystic ovary syndrome.</p>
<p>1. Eat quality carbohydrates.<br />
2. Eat smaller meals and add healthy snacks.<br />
3. Include healthy proteins in your diet.<br />
4. Increase your fibre intake.<br />
5. Include flax oil.<br />
6. Allow time for daily exercise.</p>
